The other advantage of a custom-built instrument is your own role in choosing tone woods and assorted materials, allowing you access to a more exotic range. Lone Tree offers a wide selection of exotic and domestic hardwood, as well as highly figured and rare tonewoods.

Whenever possible, Lone Tree specializes in locally sourced sustainable woods and creates true works of art in both tone and looks. Some of the local woods we work with include Poplar, Purple Heart, Douglas Fir, Sitka Spruce, Driftwood Cedar.
